CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a very similar cancellation policy to other hotels and retreat centres in Costa Rica. We’re a small place and if you book with us, and we reserve your room, or the entire cabin for you, then there’s not much chance of us being able to fill your space at the last minute. So please be 100% sure that you want to book here at Cabuya Resort before you submit your deposit.

Our policy applies in all situations, whether it’s caused by your own fault, medical emergencies, or acts of God.

If you need to cancel your reservation more than 30 days before your scheduled arrival date, then we will refund half of the money you paid for deposit.

If you need to cancel your reservation 30 days or less before your scheduled arrival date, then you will lose your deposit.
